We are still sad and sorry about the loss of Carlos Gomez, lead-singer and guitarist with The Hi-Strung Ramblers. He passed away after a traffic accident that happened on the 25th of September 2015, thirty-three years old of age. Our thoughts are with his family and close friends... REST IN PEACE
The rumour's out that one of the biggest Psychobilly festivals the Satanic Stomp in Speyer won't be back for next year. Our source also thinks that there are plans by Mental Hell to establish another instalment of the event someplace else in way smaller way with arguably 4 or 5 bands onstage. We'll keep you posted.
We don't know about another German Psychobilly festival is about to shut its doors, but we do know that Tom Kleriker and his crew lost lotsa money with the 6th edition of the Psychobilly Earthquake due to a lack of people showing up at the weekender. The Delta Bombers have undergone a line-up change. Kirk Highberger has replaced Jesse Alonzo on drums. They are working on a big Euro tour for spring 2016, that also will feature Slim Cervantes of The Desperados and new recordings are rumoured to be in the pipeline to be as well. The Bombers are also one of a few outfits that still offers an official and great looking webspace besides their Facebook page.... JUST SAYIN'
