Gamblin' Fever is another enjoyable debut platter from the Netherlands, that saw the light of day in the late 1980s. The album satisfies with a very tight sound, youthful enthusiasm, solid musicianship and a traditional Psychobilly tone with clear guitar play and fat upright bass slaps, which all compensate for a decent lack of innovation and catchy tunes. The twelve-track Count Orlock Records vinyl has not been re-released to this day. Highlights are Captain Caveman, Hangover, Island Of Rock and Ready- Willing And Able.
